British crown prosecutor ( sarkaari ya police vakeel ) is not appealing against Nawabzada Hayrbeyaar Marri. Crown prosecutor has spoken to defence lawyers and are dropping charges against Nawabzada Hayrbeyaar Marri as they failed to bring substantial evidence against him. All restriction ie bail condition would formally be withdrawn by tomarrow when the crown prosecutor appear before the judge and formally declares that thay are not proceeding any charges against Nawabzada Hayrbeyaar Marri.
Waja faiz Baluch has already been acquitted in all charges against him.
