Baluch nation will never forget this vicious day 27th March because the liberty and freedom of the Baloch nation had been forcibly and by dent of military takeover snatched and their mother land was annexed by Pakistan.
When the days of great British colony in subcontinent were at the end, due to extra ordinary expenditure in the second world war, British imperialist inclined to free her colonies similarly subcontinent namely India was also a colony of great British. It would be not out of place to state here that Baluchistan had never been part and parcel of subcontinent, rather Baluch nation has its own culture, land and language which are absolutely a peculiar by nature. Therefore, when ironically Jinnah as the legal advisor to the Khan of Kalat prepared the case in favor of independence of Kalat state before the viceroy in Dehli and taken the plea that the position of Kalat (Baluchistan) is entirely different from that of other Indian princely states. Even before a week of existance of Pakistan and India, the status of Baluchistan was admitted at a round table conference held in Dehli on August 4th 1947 and attended by Lord Mountbatten, the Khan of Kalat, Chief Minister of Kalat and Muhammad Ali Jinnah in his capacity as the legal advisor of Kalat state. It was decided that Kalat state would become independent on 5th August. Subsequently Kalat state’s independence was announced on 11th August and broadcasted by All Indian radio. But, unfortunately when the legal advisor of Kalat state ( Baluchistan ) become the governor general ( Jinnah) of Pakistan then he developed pressure upon his client Khan of Kalat to include the Baluchistan territorial jurisdiction with illegitimate nascent dominion state of Pakistan. In this direction the 2 houses namely House of Lords( chief of tribes, nawab and sardars) and House of Commons unanimously adopted a resolution, wherein stated that neither Kalat state ( Baluchistan) join India nor Pakistan and further expressed that the status of Kalat as independent.
Without, obtaining formal sanction from Baluch people, military invasion was launched against Baluchistan so, on 27th March 1948 . And their sovereignty was snatched. From that day when Baluch had been subjugated, so resultantly Baluch started resistance against this illegal occupation. Hence the underprivileged Baluch nation dare to ask the civilized nations (NATO and United Nation) whether genuine Baloch liberation movement which is against Pakistani illegal occupation and invasion is a terrorism or the illegal military takeover, belligerent, is a state terrorism?
Since the invasion , usurpation of aboriginal Baluch nation. There is a perpetual exterminating the indigenous population of Baluch in such pronouncement that is crystal clear ethnic cleansing which is crime against humanity and grass violation of human and fundamental freedoms.
