Nasrullah Shambezai Baloch
Dust is settling in the dusty city of
ZAHEDAN, (capital of western Balochistan and
most volatile part of Iran, home to Baloch
that regard Persian rule unjust), after
Jondullah bombed the bus that transported
revolutionary guard to work. Soon after
bombing UN Security Council issued a
statement condemning the action of Jondullah

(sc/8957 dated 14th February).
The European union foreign policy envoy
followed suit. For justice to prevail one
expects that terrorist and causes of
terrorists should be condemned with one
breath.
So does the European union consent to state
terrorism?
What if the state legitimates use of force
in order to commit genocide?
Iranian forces and their Shiia allies within
Balochistan are about to commit
genocide, and Baloch cleansing, they are
encouraged by ill thought of Security
Council and European union foreign policy
envoy.
Shahryari Iranian lawmaker said” Baloch are
not Iranian and they obtained Iranian
nationality by deception we (law maker)
should kick them out of Iran they (Baloch)
he said have no love for Iran”.
On 15th February man by name of Nasrullah
Shambezi was arrested by Iranian security
forces and put on show trial in TV and
hanged 4 day later.
This trial would not concern European union
foreign policy envoy, what about UN
Security Council, this is the most
ridiculous cowboy trial ever one could
imagine.
If the man was terrorist which is what the
Iranian regime wants us to believe than
he was a secret asset in the war against
Jondullah. The regime would not hang him
within 4 days after his arrest. Who ever
arbitrate this show they knew that this man
was innocent.

Mr ban KI-moon secretary general should
bring forward new motion in order to please
dictators, as European union is so desperate
to please the Iranian regime. UN and
European union cannot pick and choose. Did
the news of the public hanging arrive
late to UN and EU attention, or is it that
crimes committed by a state against one
group acceptable? As long as crimes are
committed by the state they would not be
constituted as a crime. What about the
victims?
State of Iran failed to provide the five
basic values of a state; security, freedom,
order, justice, and welfare.
Iran is not a state that rules by consent,
this is Islamic justice, where should one
search for fault. Islamic moral or corrupt
culture?
This is not justice, it is mob verdict.
These shows create resentment against state,
wherever there is injustice there will be
struggle. Condemn it or Condone it the
choice is yours.
