”Balochistan in Turmoil: Pakistan at Crossroads" will be released by
Ambassador K Shankar Bajpai, Chairman, National Security Advisory Board at 1100
hrs on Thursday, 24 Sep 09 in IDSA Conference Hall Dheli India.  The book release will be followed by a panel discussion on “Rising Ethnicity in Pakistan: A Case
Study of Balochistan” by Ambassador G Parthasarathy, former High Commissioner
to Pakistan, Shri Ajit Doval, former Director Intelligence Bureau, Professor Kalim
Bahadur and Ms Seema Mustafa, Editor, Covert.   The programme of the
function is attached.  I shall be grateful if you can take out time from
your busy schedule to attend the function.
