Hundred Innocent Baloch Arrested
During Search Operations in Saryab, Quetta
Occupied Balochistan Quetta: More than 200
Baloch have been arrested so far in a search
operation in Quli Qambrani and Saryab areas of
Quetta. The ongoing operation is being carried
out by Pak Army, FrontierCorps, intelligence
agencies and police. According to Police source
the search operation was started when some
unknown armed men killed a SHO, Manzoor Tareen
and his security guards. According to local
sources the forces forced their way into the
houses in the mid night smashing and looting
everything they found on their way. They dragged
the innocent people out of their houses and
subjected them to severe beating with boots and
guns. They also abducted children and women with
them besides men, according to the local
sources.It must be noted that search operations
are routine in Qili Qambarani and Saryab raod
areas, where people are arrested in the daylight
and they often found killed and dumped
with severe tortures marks on the roadsides. The
forces arrested more than 200 hundreds Baloch.
This operation, as a collective punishment is
being spearheaded by Pak Army, and ATF and
Police under its command. During apress
conference after an interval in search
operation, the DIG of police, Shakeel Ahmed
Tareen, told that they had arrested 159 people
so far and the operation was still continuing.
According to Ayub Tareen, BBC reporter in
Quetta, that a search operations carried out by
FC, police, and ATF and more than 159 people
