Dear here at Paris we contacted a program for various human rights Organizations and it was also video linked to many Human rights Organizations offices to different countries through video link which was purely about Zarguls (abducted females) of Balochistan and responsibilities of International community.

AN OPEN OBLIGATION OF THE WORLD ORGANIZATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY WITH RESPECT TO ZARGUL OF BALOCHISTAN

As the abduction of Baloch people by the hands of Pakistan army and its Intelligence wings is not a new news for us. We had lost our thousands of Baloch brothers, sisters, mothers’ fathers and feeding kids. We saw the Balochs after being abducted by the Pakistan Army were killed and their dead bodies were also dumped at unknown places. And the ones who were surfaced were in such condition that they were either physically or mentally paralyzed.
I Mr. Munir Mengal was abducted by the Pakistan Military Intelligence on 4th April 2006. And until now the Army high officials were making misrepresentations to the respectable Sindh High Court and Supreem Court of their on state Pakistan and submitted false statements that Munir Mengal is not under our custody. As it was their normal practice with respect to Baloch and to the Courts. Yes dear is there any national or international organization who could investigate this thing that who is responsible for our abduction and why the army representatives submitted misrepresentations in the courts. Certainly the answer is no. Because it is an open fact that in Pakistan the Army is most prestigious and unaccountable organization. And the ones who are doing this thing with me, with my people with my nation are the heroes of the state “Paki Forces”.

Why we do not see another Baloch legend and politician Mr. Saleem Baloch of JWP. When he went to the Sind High Court and asked why I have been abducted by the state forces.. He was again abducted and when he was then released was mentally paralyzed. So until now what the courts, human rights national and international organizations have done for Saleem Baloch.

I ask from the National and International community that the Rape case of Dr. Shazia Khalid was not in an underground tortured cell but was in a very high secured zone of Sui. What the National and International Organizations have done to punish the culprits? Where the culprits were known and exposed.

Similarly, we see in the missing persons list hundreds of Baloch females are missing from years. What the National and International Organizations have done for them. Certainly nothing. We have seen the examples of powerful countries that on them Economic sanctions have been imposed just because of human rights violations by the United Nations and the International community i.e. China, Korea etc. But why they are silent with respect to Pakistan?

As far as international image of the Pakistan military goes, where we all see the fundamental elements in it like the Afghan Jihadies, the Alquaida idealogy supporters, the Taliban creators and masterminds, and all sort Islamofacists like “Pakistan ka Matlab La Ilaha Illallah” are present in it. I know scores of Baloch people have been picked up and tortured by Army and their intelligence agencies by making them undress and chained and putting cobra snake on their body as it was done with myself as well. Just read for yourself about what they did in Bangladesh during the 1971 war, about the 1973-77 operation in Balochistan, During the bloody military operation of 1973, Pakistani occupied Balochistan went through a phase of genocide with a loss of 5000 civilians including women and children. During this particular military operation, that lasted four years – 1973 – 1977, Iranian fighter jets and pilots were used to bomb the villages inside the Pakistani Balochistan territory, about Zia-ul-Haq's Islamic era ... and then perhaps the fact that they have picked up a young baloch woman and are using her as a sex-slave won’t appear to you as extraordinary. The Islamofacist Pakistan Army Officers may think that she is a Baloch lady therefore a Malay Ghanimath. So they have the right to use her as a sex slave. There is a no doubt that Baloch Nation has a history of thousands years for being a Socialist and Nationalist Nation. But at any era they have not been Islamic Fundamentalists. And we for the last sixty years and even today on the basis of our cast, creed, history, land, language, culture and traditions are struggling for our National Freedom. Because we do not support the ideology of making countries on the basis of religion. That is why Pakistan Army uses to bombard our houses and kill our innocent people. They abduct our people both male and females and torture us as they like.

We Baloch as a nation know the current interests of world powers with Pakistan state. And in the same way we very well know that how Pakistan is playing hypocrisy in the name of diplomacy with the world and as well with the Baloch nation. But we as a nation are debt assure that one day the world will realize this fact that sketching the boundaries of a country on the basis of religion was their biggest fault and trusting Islamofacist Pakistan Army was their worst fault. So, today we Baloch as a Nation do not have any hopes on you for helping us, our National cause, and for defending our people and land from Pakistan Fascist forces.
But I ask from the international community, from the civil society and from the veto power nations that what you people would do if your nation old age fathers and mothers intellectual youths and legends, young and charming sisters and wife’s abducted for years and held in incommunicado without being presented to any court. I firmly believe that this case needs to be highlighted, not only because it is a humanitarian issue regarding the unspeakable abuse of an individual, but because it is a case of systematic state oppression. It’s not ten or twenty, or even fifty or hundred I am talking about, thousands are missing in Balochistan. And You with humanitarian slogans for every one if keep quite with respect to Zarguls of Balochistan…Then the world in general and Baloch Nation as specific get the image as a Nation struggling for rights, justice and independence must deserve the same-thing as the Zargul of Balochistan has specifically and Baloch Nation in general has deserved.
Why shall I Mr. Munir Mengal keep quite for asking justice to my nation, for my freedom fighters (Sarmachars) and for my Zargul of Balochistan ……. Because I am also a traitor like Zargul, I prefer to take gun to protect the honour of my Zargul and Balochistan Mother Land from the the night on which I contact with the Zargul of Balochistan……Her every word has a lesson to me, to my Baloch nation and for the International community that protection of Zarguls can not be done with words.We Baloch Nation has to protect our Zarguls and Mother Land Balochistan in the same way as the Western world has done in order to get libration from pseudo and anti philanthropist ideologies.
And also what else we see that our mother land for the protection of which we have sacrificed thousands of lives is being looted in front of our eyes, and our people they remain thirsty for many days in order to get water…..and no water is being provided to them, and our people are without food for many days …….and similarly no food is being provided to them. But on the other hand we see gas, petroleum, gold, copper, marble, chromites etc are being looted from our lands and supplied to Punjabis. So a war between my soul and my Pakistaniship arises, a war between my humanity feelings and my Pakistaniasim arises, a war of truth and false takes place inside me, then I cries and comes to the streets and ask for humanity, truth, realities and justice. But as a result what I see that my people are being bombarded, my people are missing, thousands of them are displaced and none of us allowed to get any humanitarian aid because we cried against injustice and atrocities of Pakistan. We with our eyes saw that how Pakistan army fired missiles on Nawab Akbar Khan Bughti, how they killed our Dr. Khalid, and how they shouted our Ballach Marri….. and the series goes for thousands.
When I see Zargul of Balochistan is being undressed in the army torture cells and used as a sex slave because she is a Baloch not a Pakistan…….Then I realized that my land Balochistan gives birth Zarguls, Ballachs, Khalid, Qamber, Dr. Allah Nizar etc but not a single Pakistani.
Yes dear International organizations and representatives, the International communities today I declare this fact that me and my Baloch Nation accepts this fact the one who is a Baloch can not be a Pakistani in any means and the one who is a Pakistani can never be a Baloch until and unless he/she is a Pakistani.
As the American Military scholars’ Peters argued “International borders are never completely just”.
“Readjusting faulty borders, mental effort to grasp the Middle East’s “organic” frontiers nonetheless helps us understand the extent of the difficulties we face and will continue to face. We are dealing with the colossal, man-made deformities that will not stop generating hatred and violence until they are corrected.”
Baluchistan’s “organic” borders are those that have been divided against their consent by regional and international forces for their interests in the past era. Actually, the original history of Balochistan has never been allowed to be taught by its occupying regimes, these being Pakistan and Iran’s educational institutions.
Both the Islamic states of Iran and Pakistan are collaborating with each other, suppressing the Baloch in both the occupied parts of Balochistan. Baloch people are appealing to the international community to take a notice of these atrocities and oppression, they have been ruling Balochistan from the barrel of the gun, treating Balochistan as their colony where Baloch nation is treated as a third class citizen on their own native soil.
But I would like to tell this fact to the world the Baloch Nation has never give up their freedom struggle started by Agha Abdul Karim Khan in 1948. And the Baloch sarmachars on the field are doing there part with zeal and courage. So it is time for the to come forward with real working partnerships not only with verbal supports.

The world must recognize this fact that BLA, BRA, and BLF are defending forces of the Baloch Nation and Baloch Motherland and at the same time they are librators of our mother land and nation from the Islamofacist Pakistan army and ideology. Yes it is true our nation supports it in all means. Every child of Baloch is a traitor for Pakistan and is hero of our Nation. The blowing of gas pipe lines, and targeting of other installations is not an act of terrorism……but it is an act of safety of humanity and safety of Baloch generations. The Pakistan terrorist state gets revenue from these installations and makes missiles, biological and nuclear weapons and uses those against our innocent people. So please uphold our hands, and uphold the hands of National freedom fighters in order to help our Nation to get its freedom in the same way as the western and other nations has got their libration. At the end I woud like to assure to all that I am ready to bring the perpetrators and culprits of Zargul Marri, of the Baloch Nation, and Baloch Mother land to any international inquiry and justice where the International organizations and community feels they can get justice and the perpetrators must be charged and punished.

If all of us think that it is impossible then I urge from all of you that please support the Balochistan Nation Movement for Independence in its all means.
· If you believe that Balochistan's illegal occupation and genocide of Baloch people must end.
· If you believe in freedom and you stands for justice.
· if you are against the Pakistani state terrorism.
· if you are against the oppression, genocide and torture in any form or shape.
· If you are against illegal detentions, killings, and disappearances of innocent Baloch people.
· if you think Pakistan is terrorist state. Please help us fight Pakistani state terrorism against the Baloch people and Baloch Mother land.
· if you think Iran is a terrorist state, Please help us to fight Iran to free Baloch land from the Iranian illegal occupation too.
