Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,
As you know that Mr. John Solecki, the head of UNHCR in Quetta, Balochistan, was abducted from Quetta by an organisation, potentially sympathisers of Balochs, with their demands to release 141 women prisoners and 6000 Balochs, who were abducted from Balochistan after the attack on Dera Bugti, Balochistan after 2006. Their next
demand is for the self-rule of Balochistan in accordance with the charter of United
Nations Organisation.
It`s a surprise that Mr. Rehman Malik, an ex-officer of Pakistani Intelligence turned politician, now serving as Secretary to Interior Ministery, denies all such
facts and figures in Balochistan. This is an open lie on the part of Pakistani Government, who are used to lie. We have experienced their lies in the past, as they totally denied the butcher Kassab to be a Pakistani who was arrested alive in Mumbai attacks.
After all, it`s the question of life and death of Mr. John Solecki and the ball is
in the court of Pakistan to meet the demands of Balochs. Thousands of abducted
Balochs lingiring in Pakistani torture cells – including hundreds of women and Juvaline under Pakistani soldiers` sexual abuse – must be released. The self-rule of Balochistan should be recognized as Balochistan was forcebly annexed in Pakistan in 1948.
Hundreds of thousand Baloch`s houses were burnt down or demolished by
Pakistani Army when they attacked in Dera Bugti and Kohlu in 2006.They are Internal displaced refugees in Sindh and Panjab since then but get no help from UNHCR despite
many appeal because Pakistani Military forbids UNHCR & International Red Cross
to help them. Baloch Internal displaced Refugees must be helped by UNHCR with food, shelter, clean water and all other civil amenities. They should be settled in their own stral homes with full compensation of loss of lives and their properties
U.N. should estblish a fact finding commission to investigate against those who commited and are committing crimes against humanity in Balochistan. The criminals,
i.e. past and present civil governments, Pakistani Military Generals and their Frontier Constabilary and ISI should be brought before justice.
The United Nations peace keeping forces should be deployed in Balochistan to stop
further abduction, torture, killing and other abuses, which continujes uptill now, in Balochistan.
Like the case of Be-Nazir Bhutto, United Nations should form a tribunal to investigate the assassination of Akber Khan Bugti and the criminals should receive capital punishment.
We strongly appeal, in the name of humanity, to those who have abducted Mr. John Solecki,to spare his precious life and avoid to harm Mr. John Solecki and provide him necessary medical care, food, shelter in accordance with the custom of Balochi culture.
We feel the pain in your hearts about the disgrace of your sisters, daughters and mothers and your deep feelings of missing your friends, brothers and relatives. God bless you and
